Pure Innovations hosted a seminar on 'Creative Recruitment Solutions' in partnership with the Housing Diversity Network
Representatives of Pure Innovations were asked to host the seminar by the Housing Diversity Network to explore how Housing Associations can develop their recruitment methods to create a more diverse workforce.
The seminar ‘Creative Recruitment Solutions’ was held on Monday 23 November. Attendees included HR Professionals from Housing Associations in the North who had paid to attend the event. Speakers included Cym d’Souza, Chief Executive from Awarak Walton and Shoab Akhtar, Ashiana Foundation Manager at Great Places, who gave real experiences on how they have changed their HR policies and practices; alongside presentations from Pure’s clients who are Housing Association employees on how their lives have been changed since gaining employment.
