Pure Innovations recognised by Investors in People (IIP)
Pure Innovations have received another award following assessment by Investors in People.
An assessor visited Pure in July 2009 and spent several days meeting with staff and reviewing documentation and confirmed that we 'meet the requirements in all indicators'.
Areas of good practice were recognised and particular praise was given to our management style, development of the organisation, thorough induction process, effective communications, management support for staff, staff involvement in developing ideas and suggestions, project planning and the 110% Award Scheme (staff outstanding recognition scheme).
