Andrew works for Phillip James Partnership an Estate Agents in Stockport. He delivers leaflets for them 3 days a week. Phillip James speak very highly of Andrew and have recommended us to their other branches as a direct result of the good work Andrew has done for them.
Prior to gaining a job through the Hourswork Project, Andrew received a day service 5 days a week. He found this difficult and used to let us know this in different ways. Andrew has progressed from needing 2 members of staff to support him, to being happy to work with one member of staff.
Andrew feels very proud of the work that he does and positive feedback from his employer has helped somebody else to get a job.
