Diane works at the BBC in Human Resources as Team Assistant for the Recruitment team. As part of their outreach/diversity work, the BBC mailshot their current vacancies to around 450 community based organisations across the North of England. Diane does this as part of her role. In addition she does photocopying, putting together interview packs and any other ad hoc work that the HR department pass on to her.
The BBC is extremely happy with Diane and the Hourswork project and is promoting it to other departments and other employers.
