Hourswork is the only service we offer that spans across both the Care Services and Employment side of Pure Innovations.
It was established in 2003 as part of the Work Link service, the philosophy behind it being, that anyone who wants to work can with the appropriate support.
The project is aimed at people who have severe learning difficulties, complex needs and/or behaviour that challenges services. They typically have previously been excluded from accessing the job market. We currently offer Hourswork to people who receive a day service from Pure Innovations. Support is tailored to individual needs and will very in level and length depending on each individual.
Working hours are tailored to suit individual needs. We use Hourswork as a progression tool for gaining full-time employment.
