Following the same Work Link model of supported employment as the Learning Disability team, the Physical and Sensory Team offers support to clients referred by a social worker who are looking to find paid work in the Stockport locality.
The Team works closely with employers offering advice around reasonable adjustments while supporting clients through traditional and more creative recruitment processes
