All our support will is individually focussed to ensure you receive the right amount of support for your needs.
We also provide support in the form of a Progression Team. The role of the team is to support people in work once they are working independently. Progression Officers ensure that people are developing in their role whilst offering continued support to employers. The Progression Officers regularly review people's progress and ensure that people are reaching their full potential. At this stage the Progression Officers will become the point of contact for both employer and employee.
