Dragons and Noodles: Chinese New Year with Pure.

Posted on the 6th February 2019

What a cracker! We celebrated Chinese New Year today with a fabulous Oriental feast under the gaze of this  magnificent fiery fellow, hand-crafted by Pure clients.

Everyone enjoyed tasty noodles with black bean sauce, egg fried rice and spring rolls with a crunchy salad and prawn crackers. Mini-muffins were hand-iced with Chinese characters spelling out Happy New Year and of course there were fortune cookies too. As always clients helped with the food preparation and enjoyed the party atmosphere. Take a look!

We have to applaud once more all the clever crafters who so regularly transform our base at the Jonathan Burns Centre in Middleton with fantastical themes. What a talented lot you are!

We wish everyone a very happy Chinese New Year. Let’s make the Year of the Pig one to remember!
