NEW: Supported Employment Greater Manchester

Posted on the 19th December 2019

Exciting news! Pure Innovations has been awarded a new prime Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) contract. This is part funded by the European Structural & Investment Fund. Over the next three years we will be delivering Supported Employment across Stockport, Tameside, Rochdale, Oldham and Bury from April 2020.

We will be working in partnership with PossAbilities a company that has been  an ally of Pure Innovations over the years within the world of Supported Employment. PossAbilities will also be providing the service in Rochdale and Bury.

The contract means we will support people with a disability, autism or a mental health problem to secure employment. They will be referred to us by a health or social care professional.

This new contract will mean we can support more people into work. The advantages are countless.

  • It improves physical and mental wellbeing
  • It prevents isolation
  • It increases confidence
  • It gives us the means to better ourselves
  • It provides us with financial independence
  • It’s good for the economy

No two people are the same. This is why we will be offering a bespoke service for each individual, tailoring job roles to their strengths and interests. We will match the right person with the right employer benefiting them both.

We are delighted to be able to support more people across Greater Manchester with a disability into the workplace whose skills and talents may well have otherwise been overlooked.

Louise Parrott-Bates - CEO of Pure Innovations

To deliver this contract Pure Innovations will be recruiting specialist employment staff. Applications for these vacancies will be on our website this week. If you feel this could be a role suited to your talents and experience please keep an eye on our Jobs page. (see link below). We look forward to hearing from you.
