Gemma’s Placement Brings Prospects For Employment

Gemma has completed a work placement at a café through the Personalised Education Programme. Here she has learned employability skills and gained experience in a workplace. The placement boosted her confidence and she is aspiring to find paid work.

PEP is a bespoke education programme that operates on a one-to-one basis for young people. It enables learners to develop their independence and employability skills. This is achieved through a variety of means such as Travel Training and Work Experience.
