Video: Our Fab Range of Stockport Supported Activities!

Posted on the 1st July 2021

From ceramics to drama and sports to stop motion animation, Pure offers a great range of fun and fulfilling supported activities in Stockport. See for yourself in our video below.

So much choice

We have a dedicated gaming studio including a VR zone to take clients to new worlds. Music lovers can learn Makaton with us and perform concerts with our own signing choir, Handmade Harmonies. Love the outdoors? Our Parks team and Horticulture activities are just the thing.

Take a look at these and many more in our Stockport Supported Activities video right here.

Valued in the Community

As you can see, there is so much going on. Mastering baking skills at our bakery, The Kitchen, is very popular with clients. It also enables them to do their bit for the community and feel valued. The Kitchen has donated over 2,000 loaves to foodbanks and community food projects during the pandemic.

Other projects also have great social impact. Our choir performs for residents of a retirement complex. The One Voice Radio Show team promotes local good causes. Our animation teams have made their own videos promoting Covid safety measures.

Pure clients do great things!

Employability Skills

People with a learning disability or autism can also learn hospitality and catering skills in our cafes. Retail skills are learned in our online Etsy store “ByPureInnovations”. Clients assist in picking, packaging and dispatching orders of wares made by their friends in the Creative Hub. It’s a great place to learn about merchandising too. (And it’s a great place to shop. Take a look on the link!)
