Our Mission

Pure Innovations is a registered charity established in 2005, supporting people to create fulfilled lives with a sense of purpose and belonging.

The people we work with may face challenges due to disability or health related issues. We aim to support them to live improved and independent lifestyles.

We work with people across Greater Manchester assisting individuals to positively contribute and become valid members within their local communities.

We provide a wide range of services promoting independence to all with the aim of:

  • Raising Aspirations
  • Connecting with the Community
  • Improving Health and Wellbeing

Pure Innovations is governed by a Board of Trustees bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience, in business management, law, health and safety, finance and social care.

We care about our employees and have signed up to the Mental Health at Work Commitment. We pay our frontline support staff the Real Living Wage and are recognised supporters of the Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter.

The Chief Executive Louise Parrott-Bates has worked with the charity since 2005 bringing a passion and an entrepreneurial spirit that has allowed the charity to continually grow and develop within an ever changing and challenging environment.
