George’s Story
George was volunteering in a cafe for a number of years. Pure spotted his potential and found him a paid job at a local community centre.

George was volunteering in a cafe for a number of years. Pure spotted his potential and found him a paid job at a local community centre. Wendy, the Centre Manager as an employer was particularly happy with the support we gave her and the existing team to help George fit in.
George is a joy to have around, he always has a smile on his face and he has become part of the team and
part of the centre.We appreciate George’s fresh approach and positive attitude; he has really made a place for himself.
We are really happy with how Pure have worked with us and the kitchen team and Sue the chef to give us
and George clear guidelines to make it a success. We would have a centre full of George’s!
