Job Coach – casual

We are recruiting for the role of job coach across our employment and community projects. These projects include work experience, long-term placements, supported employment and accessing community venues and projects. We work with a range of clients who have barriers to employment such as Learning Disability, Autism, Mental Health, or physical and sensory disabilities. We work with anyone from the age of 18 and upwards.
As a job coach under the supervision of an Employment Officer you would coach the clients to build independence skills, learn the work ethic, communicate with managers and colleagues, travel independently and most importantly work with each client on the job to maximise their potential.
