Client Engagement Worker

We have a new and exciting opportunity within the Pure Support provision across Stockport.

You will be responsible for a caseload of clients and new referrals as determined by the responsible Team Coordinator. You will complete annual reviews and initial assessment for new clients as well as facilitate any new support needs that may arise, with the support of the Team Co-ordinators and Project Support Workers.
