Main purpose of the Job:

Project lead an established Supported Internship Programme for 10 young people with Learning Disabilities in partnership with a host employer and an educational partner.

 This will include organising rotational placements for Interns that match their aspirations, talents and skills with the intension of securing paid employment as their long term outcome.

 50% minimum job outcomes will be achieved within set timescales through a process of profiling, job matching, marketing, training and monitoring.
