We are looking for a technically strong, minimum CIPD level 5, HR & Training Manager. This is a newly created post and the post holder will be required to manage a small team of HR and Training staff as well as building capacity across the organisation for effective leadership and management.

You will need at least 5 years’ previous experience of generalist HR strategy and operational issues as well as a work force planning and business performance focus.

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and resilient Human Resources and Training Manager to lead a small, friendly team. Reporting to the CEO, you will be based at Pure Innovations’ head office in Hazel Grove, Stockport with occasional travel to our projects and day centre in Middleton. The successful candidate must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment and experience of working in the health and social care sector would be advantageous but is not essential. This is a senior management position and you will divide your time between operational and strategic priorities. There is a strong emphasis on recruitment and staff retention together with implementing learning and development activities.
