This post is for a Learning Coach, employed on alternative education programmes working across our transition projects in Greater Manchester. The role of the Learning Coach is essential in helping young people with special educational needs including social, emotional, mental health needs to develop skills towards independence and/or employment.

You will work with learners on a one to one basis within the community, their home and/or other learning environments to complete accredited work. Your role is essential in supporting these young people to develop skills and thrive in their transition towards adulthood.
