Main purpose of the Job:

As the Programme Coordinator you will hold responsibility for a caseload of learners and lead on the day to day delivery of our Post 16 Personalised Education Programmes (PEPs). Our alternative education programmes are tailored towards “Employment and/or Independent Living outcomes” for young people with Education, Health and Care Plans. These programmes include support around employment, volunteering, health & wellbeing, leisure activities and community participation.  The programme aims to connect people to their communities to engage in opportunities that contribute to a fulfilled and meaningful life.

Although the job description is weighted towards education, this is only desirable.  We are specifically looking for someone with direct experience of Supported Employment, Safeguarding and managing staff, we believe the right person can be taught the rest.
