Employment Opportunities

We believe that with the right support, everyone can find paid employment. Having a job is about more than earning money. It’s about feeling valued and independent.

What job opportunities can you offer?

At Pure Innovations we are proud to work with various businesses and organisations from across Greater Manchester to offer people with mental health concerns, disabilities  and autism the opportunity to learn skills to move into paid work.

We can offer work experience and paid employment in many different sectors, including: hospitality, healthcare, leisure and fitness and administration.

We will work with you to help identify a suitable pathway into employment, in a role that will allow you to flourish and grow in both confidence and skills.

How will I be supported?

We celebrate diversity and understand that not everyone is the same. As a result, we will tailor our support around the individual.

We will ensure when you get into work, that you receive all the support needed to sustain your employment. We can also offer travel training to help you become familiar with your commute route to work and how to stay safe on journeys.

If you need support in work, we can also arrange a job coach to support you, negotiate adjustments with your employer, signpost you to other services and regularly hold reviews to check your progress and that you’re happy in your job.

I completely doubted my ability before I started. I didn't feel confident within myself, but within a week I was overwhelmed by how quickly I picked stuff up. The job I got was exactly what I was looking for. The team has been more than amazing. It genuinely feels like a mini family!

A paid job has changed things for me as it has given me routine and the opportunity to interact with other people in a professional environment. I am also enjoying being able to help someone else to achieve their goal of paid employment. It has improved my health and well-being, because getting a job has made me motivated and more positive about my future and what I can achieve.
