How does it work?

Individual Placement and Support (IPS) offers intensive, individually tailored support to help people who are recovering from mental health conditions to find the right job or will help them if their job is at risk.

A team of dedicated IPS specialists help to bridge the gap between healthcare and employment, working with the employer and employee to sustain employment and seek new pathways into the world of work.

Eligibility

If you live in one of the ten Greater Manchester localities
Over the age of 18
Currently out of work or at risk of losing your job
Has a diagnosis of severe mental illness
Wants to work
