Welcome Message
Kaylie Crompton, Head of College
I extend a warm welcome to those considering joining Pure College. As the Head of College, it is my privilege to be part of a team that functions as a supportive and welcoming second family.
Pure College is an Independent Employability Specialist College for young people aged 16 to 25 with Special Educational Needs and Disability, providing a nurturing environment that goes beyond traditional education.
As a qualified teacher with over 7 years of experience in Special Educational Needs and Disability Leadership, I am committed to ensuring that students gain the skills and knowledge necessary to become integral members of their communities, independent thinkers, and highly sought-after contributors to the world of work.
Behind this vision stands an amazing team, each member contributing a unique blend of knowledge and experience. Together, we form a fantastic team; dedicated to providing an exceptional educational experience for our students. We understand that fostering an environment of learning and growth requires a team effort, and I am incredibly grateful for the commitment and dedication of our staff.
