The Community Hub

Empowering people to live independently

How does it work?

By reducing social isolation and loneliness, more people are able to enjoy a good quality of life.

Community Support is part of The Stockport Support Hub and our partnership work with Disability Stockport, Stockport Homes and SPARC has created a collaborative offer that provides specialist support from a wide range of experienced, local organisations.

Stronger Together

Changing circumstances in our lives can have an impact on mental and physical health, effecting everyday life. We work to identify how clients would like to get involved in their community, using their own experiences to help themselves, their families and the wider network.
