For Individuals

Support can help you to:

  • Achieve your ambitions in work through practical one-to-one support

For Employers

The In Work Support Team also provides valuable support to employers by:

  • Improving confidence in supporting colleagues with additional needs
  • Fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture
  • Identifying and implementing practical, reasonable adjustments
  • Enabling employees to learn tasks efficiently while minimising errors and misunderstandings
  • Improving staff retention and reducing absence

We use Training in Systematic Instruction (TSI) to help employees build skills, confidence, and independence at work. By breaking tasks into simple, manageable steps, TSI ensures people get the guidance they need to succeed.
