Christiana has received a Highly Commended certificate at the Black Healthcare Awards after being shortlisted for the Outstanding Contribution to IPS Employment Support Award.
The ceremony took place in London and brought together professionals from across the sector to celebrate individuals making a meaningful difference through their work.
Christiana’s recognition reflects the dedication, knowledge and care she brings to her role within our Individual Placement and Support (IPS) team. Through her work, she helps people access and sustain meaningful employment, supporting them to build confidence, increase independence and move towards the goals that matter to them.
Reflecting on the evening, Christiana said:
“What an incredible evening, and such an honour to be shortlisted as one of the first finalists for the IPS Outstanding Achievement Award. Being recognised alongside so many inspiring professionals was truly humbling, and I’m proud to represent the work we do every day to support people into meaningful employment.
“A special thank you as well to Pure Innovations, Social Finance and IPS Grow for your continued support, encouragement and commitment to developing the IPS workforce. Congratulations again to everyone involved, it was a night to remember!”
Ben Moloney, IPS Contract Manager, added that Christiana is “an absolute credit to the IPS team” and described the recognition as thoroughly deserved.
