Travel Training: Wheels Turn Again For Millie

Posted on the 8th October 2020

Millie was one of the many young people whose plans to be an independent traveller were put on hold earlier this year.

Now, many months later, everyone is returning to education or to the workplace. Our Travel Training team is back to ensure young people can make these journeys confidently and independently.

Once allowed to use public transport again Millie was determined to pass the Travel Training programme. This would give her the independence to travel from home to school and back on her own. Click here now to read her Travel Training story!

Learn To Travel Independently

Are you a parent or carer of someone who could benefit from learning to use public transport independently? We offer Travel Training to young people in Rochdale, Tameside, Bury, Bolton and Stockport who have an Education, Health & Care Plan.
