We want to understand how you use our website, your likes and dislikes, and any areas we can improve on in the future. Complete our survey below to redeem a free Cake and Coffee voucher to use at any of our Pure Coffee Cafe’s! scroll to the bottom of this page for full terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions

Parents /guardians are required to complete the entry on behalf of under 16s. Pure Innovations can refuse entries if this is not followed accordingly. Only one application per user will be accepted and the Free Coffee and Cake Voucher will be awarded to the named person(s) on the application form once the survey closes on the 18th September. Surveys must be completed by 18th September 2023 and the voucher can only be used once at any of our Pure Coffee Cafe’s listed below. There will be no cash alternatives and the voucher is non-negotiable or refundable. You can only complete the survey on someone else’s behalf if you have gained their approval.
