Pure Innovations has been recognised for their commitments to Customer Experience when they received Gold by independent feedback company Investor in Customers (IIC), in August 2023 – the highest standard available.
IIC work with all types of businesses, shining a light on the everyday impact to the people they support. Earlier this year, colleagues, parents and carers, students and customers associated with Pure Innovations, a charity that helps people with disabilities live more enriched lives, shared their feedback about their own personal experiences, resulting in an exemplary overall score of 8.21.
