Great news that our Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Team has been recognised with a Highly Commended award in the Team of the Year category at the GM Skills Awards!
The GM Skills Awards celebrate the outstanding individuals, teams and organisations making a difference to skills, learning and employment across the region. Receiving this recognition is a fantastic achievement and reflects the dedication, passion and collaborative approach of everyone involved.
Our IPS service supports people with severe mental health conditions to find, secure and sustain meaningful employment. Working closely with employers and healthcare professionals, the team provides personalised, ongoing support that helps people build confidence, achieve their ambitions and improve their wellbeing through work.
This award also recognises the strength of the partnership between Pure Innovations, PossAbilities and The Growth Company, whose shared commitment has helped transform lives through the IPS programme.
