We’re incredibly proud to share that Pure College has received a Highly Commended award in the FE College of the Year category at the Education North Awards (ENAs) 2026!
The Education North Awards celebrate excellence, achievement and innovation across the Further Education, Higher Education and Sixth Form sectors throughout the North of England.
This years ceremony welcomed around 700 education professionals from across the North, alongside sector partners and organisations supporting education delivery and development and the evening was hosted by renowned broadcaster Lucy Meacock.
To receive Highly Commended recognition in only our fourth year as a college is an incredible achievement and reflects the passion, commitment and hard work of our staff, students and wider partners.
Pure College supports young people with special educational needs and disabilities to build confidence, independence and skills for adulthood through personalised learning, employability opportunities and community-based experiences. Since launching, the college has continued to grow and develop, creating meaningful opportunities for young people to thrive and achieve their goals.
Representing Pure College at the awards ceremony were Amanda Noon, Kaylie Crompton, Dave Green from TfGM, and students Dylan and Emilee, who proudly celebrated the achievement together.
